In LSEG’s (formerly Refinitiv) latest league tables for the first half of 2026, Baker Tilly ranks seventh globally in the mid-market segment and fifth in the small-cap segment, based on the number of completed transactions.

Among Germany’s top ten for both mid-market and small-cap M&A
Baker Tilly also holds top-10 positions in a number of regional markets. Beyond Germany, the firm is ranked among the leading advisers across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region in both mid-market and small-cap M&A.
