Through our voluntary Sustainability Report, we provide information on Baker Tilly’s activities in Germany across the following four dimensions:

  • Environment and Nature
  • People and Society
  • Community Engagement
  • Compliance, Integrity, and Trust

These four dimensions are embedded in our corporate strategy and form the basis of our ESG reporting.

People and Society: A particular focus is placed on our employees and talent management. We believe that a supportive, inclusive, and empowering work environment is essential to long-term success. Enabling employees to balance their professional and personal lives is a key component of this approach. As a result, our corporate culture is strongly shaped by social responsibility and people-centered values.

Environment and Nature: We systematically measure our carbon emissions and have implemented initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint. Specific progress and developments are documented in each Sustainability Report.

Community Engagement: Beyond our own organization, we contribute to society through a wide range of community initiatives, particularly through the Baker Tilly Foundation, which supports child and youth welfare and promotes education and personal development.

Compliance, Integrity, and Trust: As an audit and advisory firm, compliance and quality management are not merely regulatory requirements but fundamental principles that guide our work. We hold ourselves accountable to rigorous quality standards and professional ethics and continuously invest in enhancing our processes to meet the evolving needs of our clients and the profession.

We are committed to continuously advancing our ESG initiatives and report on our progress annually in our Sustainability Report.
