Warning: Fraudulent Use of Our Corporate Identity

Our company name and details are currently being misused by third parties. The criminals’ aim is to circulate fake job offers and, in some cases, to make fraudulent offers or issue criminal demands.

These activities have no connection whatsoever with Baker Tilly.

Baker Tilly does not offer jobs or assignments via private email addresses, messenger services, classified ad portals, or platforms that are not clearly identifiable as official Baker Tilly channels.

Please note the following:

• Do not disclose any personal data to unknown third parties
• Verify job offers exclusively via our official careers website

We kindly ask you to report any suspicious advertisements immediately to
legal-compliance@bakertilly.de.

We regret any possible confusion caused and are taking decisive action against this misuse.

Fraudulent Invoices

Independently of the above, counterfeit invoices have recently been circulating that falsely give the impression of having been issued by Baker Tilly. These fake invoices are being sent by email both in Germany and internationally.

If you receive any suspicious invoices or payment requests that allegedly originate from Baker Tilly, do not make any payment under any circumstances. Please contact us immediately at
legal-compliance@bakertilly.de.

We will investigate the matter and have already initiated comprehensive legal measures to stop these fraudulent activities.
If you have any questions regarding our invoices, your usual contact at Baker Tilly will be happy to assist you at any time. We are also pleased to verify the specified IBAN or the entire invoice for accuracy before any payment is made.

If you have become a victim of such an attempted fraud, we recommend filing a report with the police or submitting an online police report.
