PONIQtax Becomes Part of Baker Tilly

Baker Tilly is further expanding its Managed Services for Accounting and Tax Compliance: Effective October 1, 2026, the ten-member team of PONIQtax GmbH, led by founder and managing director Manuela Ponikwar (Certified Tax Advisor), will join Baker Tilly. With this addition, the international advisory and audit firm is strengthening its service offering, particularly for international corporate groups seeking to manage their Accounting, Reporting, and Tax Compliance processes in Germany efficiently, system-independently, and fully integrated into their group structures.

A key area of expertise of the former PONIQtax team is the delivery of system-independent Managed Services. Rather than introducing clients to additional standalone solutions, the team manages Accounting, Financial Statement, and Tax Compliance processes directly within the existing finance and ERP environments of international corporate groups, including systems such as SAP and Oracle. This approach enables local compliance requirements in Germany to be seamlessly integrated with the processes of global headquarters.
