Baker Tilly has provided business and tax advice to the Dutch industrial services provider ERIKS N.V. on the acquisition of GEMOTEG GmbH & Co.KG, a supplier of drive systems for industry and trade.

The team led by Baker Tilly partners Alexandra Sausmekat and Nils Klamar provided advice in the areas of financial due diligence with the support of Daniel Zeiß and Max Bracht, tax due diligence and SPA support.
