International Baker Tilly team advises Naxicap Partners on the acquisition of VuWall

A Baker Tilly team from Germany and Canada has successfully advised private equity firm Naxi-cap Partners on the acquisition of VuWall, a leading provider of video wall control and visualization solutions. VuWall will become part of Panoptec Technologies Group GmbH, a portfolio company of Naxicap Partners.

As part of the transaction, lead Baker Tilly partner Nils Klamar, together with director Daniel Zeiß, junior manager Felix Ptok and a Canadian Baker Tilly team, conducted the financial and tax due diligence and assisted the buyer in drafting the share purchase agreement (SPA).

Nils Klamar says: “We are delighted to have been able to support Naxicap Partners in the strategic expansion of its portfolio. This successfully completed project demonstrates Baker Tilly's expertise in advising on cross-border private equity transactions.”

Panoptec Technologies Group GmbH acquired VuWall Technology Inc. and VuWall Europe GmbH in the course of the transaction. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
