Supporting investors and portfolio companies with acquisitions, restructurings and tax integration | Strong integration of corporate tax and structuring advisory services

Düsseldorf, July 9, 2026 – Baker Tilly is further expanding its advisory offering for growth-oriented corporate groups. Tax advisor Ramin Yazdi has joined the international advisory and audit firm as a new Partner. He is accompanied by a multi-member team, providing a further boost to the firm’s growth ambitions and strengthening Baker Tilly’s service portfolio.

Ramin Yazdi primarily advises investors and portfolio companies on acquisitions, restructurings and the ongoing tax integration of newly acquired businesses, with a particular focus on the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region.

“The continued integration of corporate tax, succession planning and structuring advisory services is a key success factor for our clients, particularly in dynamic buy-and-build environments. With his extensive experience in this area and his entrepreneurial mindset, Ramin Yazdi is an excellent fit for our advisory approach,” says Oliver Hubertus, Managing Partner at Baker Tilly.

Ramin Yazdi’s consulting services focus on establishing scalable structures, implementing standardized processes and enabling efficient group-wide management. By combining expertise in corporate tax and structuring advisory services, he helps clients build frameworks that support both organic and inorganic growth. His industry expertise includes the insurance sector, dental laboratories and the construction industry.

“Our clients’ buy-and-build strategies require a tax structure that facilitates expansion and progress rather than holding it back. I am delighted to join the Baker Tilly growth platform together with my team and to further strengthen it with relevant advisory services,” says Ramin Yazdi.

After graduating from Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences, Ramin Yazdi began his professional career in 2014 with the tax advisory firm Borkenhagen in Düsseldorf. Since 2020, he has been part of the ETL Plus Advise Group, where he became Managing Partner in 2021 and has since assumed key leadership responsibilities.
