An international Baker Tilly team supported CERTANIA Group in the integration of the Dutch regulatory consulting firm Linge Agroconsultancy.

The international consulting firm Baker Tilly provided comprehensive business consulting services to CERTANIA in its acquisition of Linge Agroconsultancy, a leading Dutch regulatory affairs consulting firm specializing in the registration of plant protection products (PPPs), biocides, fertilizers, and biostimulants.  

The financial due diligence and drafting of the purchase agreement (SPA) under the leadership of Munich-based transaction partner Stefan Greger were supported by Nicolas von Westberg (Director) and Grace Bejarano (Consultant).  

Linge Agroconsultancy, which is engaged in green and organic pesticides, has established itself as an independent full-service provider of regulatory solutions. The company's services include the preparation of registration dossiers, risk assessments, data gap analyses, and cooperation with authorities to ensure a smooth approval process.
