Baker Tilly advises valantic on acquisition of Danish Microsoft data and AI specialist Inspari

With tax due diligence, financial due diligence and SPA consulting, Baker Tilly supports the digital consulting, solutions and software company valantic in the acquisition of the Danish consulting firm Inspari.

The advice provided to valantic in the acquisition of the Danish consulting firm Inspari emphasizes the efficiency of Baker Tilly’s interdisciplinary and international consulting approach. The close cooperation with Baker Tilly Denmark was a key success factor of the transaction.

Baker Tilly’s team comprised Partner Uwe Roth (tax advisor) and Director Stefan Lehner (tax advisor), who were responsible for the tax due diligence together with Pernille Pless from Baker Tilly Denmark. Partners Frank Stahl (German CPA/tax advisor) and Sebastian Hafner together with assistant Anna Wuschick and manager Felix Burghart were responsible for the financial due diligence and SPA support of the transaction, which enabled valantic to successfully enter the Nordics.
