Baker Tilly continues to expand its Real Estate Valuation Services

Hamburg, September 11, 2025 – The international consulting and auditing firm Baker Tilly expanded its real estate valuation team on September 1, 2025, with the addition of Marijo Sarac as Director. The experienced real estate expert is moving from the leading consulting firm Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) to Baker Tilly and will join the team managed by partner Andreas Röhr FRICS.

Sarac will primarily be responsible for identifying and developing new market opportunities with a focus on commercial real estate valuations. Before joining Baker Tilly, he worked at JLL for over four years. There, he specialized in building client relationships in the area of commercial real estate valuation and managed national and international projects.
