The international audit and advisory firm Baker Tilly advised Steinbach & Vollmann GmbH (STUV) on the investment by EMZ Partners as a strategic minority investor.

Through the transaction, STUV is positioning itself for its next phase of growth and has gained an experienced investor to support its international expansion strategy.

Baker Tilly advised on tax matters throughout the transaction process and provided support particularly with respect to the tax structuring and negotiation of the transaction documentation. The advisory team was led by Uwe Roth (Partner) and Stefan Lehner (Director).

Together with its new investor, STUV intends to further accelerate its international expansion, expand its smart access solutions business, and enter new markets. In addition, the company plans to pursue targeted strategic acquisitions to further strengthen its global market position.
