PE investor SEVEST is acquiring Advanced Space Power Equipment GmbH (ASP), a leading aerospace company. Baker Tilly provided SEVEST with comprehensive financial and tax due diligence advisory services.

The international audit and consulting firm Baker Tilly provided comprehensive advisory services to the private equity investor SEVEST Management GmbH (“SEVEST”) in connection with its acquisition of the aerospace company Advanced Space Power Equipment GmbH (“ASP”). As part of the transaction, funds advised by SEVEST acquired 100 percent of the shares in ASP from the previous founding shareholders.

An interdisciplinary Baker Tilly team led by Sebastian Hafner conducted financial and tax due diligence for SEVEST and supported the investment company throughout the entire transaction process.

ASP is a leading German developer and manufacturer of highly reliable satellite power electronics for demanding space applications. The company’s products control, distribute, and monitor the onboard power supply of satellites.

Following the acquisition of DSI Aerospace GmbH, a leading provider of mission-critical satellite electronics hardware and embedded software solutions, ASP marks SEVEST’s second investment in the rapidly growing aerospace sector. Baker Tilly also provided comprehensive advisory services to the investment firm on this transaction in 2025.
