Baker Tilly advises Lightrock and Partech on €60 million investment in Makersite

Baker Tilly provided financial and tax advice to Lightrock and Partech on their €60 million Series B financing round. SE Ventures also participated in the Series B funding.

Munich, August 12, 2025 – The international consulting and auditing firm Baker Tilly provided comprehensive advice to Lightrock and Partech on their participation in the Series B financing round of Makersite GmbH. Lightrock and Partech are investing a total of €60 million, which Makersite will use to further expand its growth and technology capacities. The venture capital fund SE Ventures, which belongs to the French technology group Schneider Electric SE, also participated in the funding.

The interdisciplinary Baker Tilly team led by Frank Stahl is supporting the transaction with comprehensive financial deal advisory and tax advisory services.

Makersite intends to use the financing to further develop its platform for product lifecycle intelligence. The aim is to further expand integration with existing design and PLM systems and improve automation along the entire supply chain.
