Baker Tilly has advised Ducker Carlisle, a portfolio company of private equity investor Boathouse Capital, on its merger with management consultancy Munich Strategy.
Munich, May 25, 2025 – Baker Tilly has advised Ducker Carlisle on its merger with Munich Strategy. An interdisciplinary Baker Tilly team conducted the financial and tax due diligence for the US consulting firm and supported it in drafting the share purchase agreement and structuring the purchase price.
In addition to the lead partner Sebastian Hafner, Anna Wuschick (both Financial Due Diligence), Uwe Roth and Stefan Lehner (both Tax Due Diligence) were involved in the successful transaction.
Sebastian Hafner says: “We are proud to have supported Ducker Carlisle in this far-sighted merger. The successful merger is an expression of our interdisciplinary consulting expertise and our strong market position in the PE sector.”
Ducker Carlisle and Munich Strategy specialize in strategy, transformation and M&A advice for companies in the construction and construction supply industry as well as industry and manufacturing. As a result of the transaction, Munich Strategy's German and European clients will benefit from a team of over 100 consultants in the attractive US market.
