The international consulting and auditing firm Baker Tilly advised Capmont, a private equity investor, on the acquisition of Neugebauer Group and Haas Kabeltechnik.

The Baker Tilly team supported the transaction with financial, legal, and tax due diligence and assisted in the preparation of the purchase agreement and the purchase agreement negotiations. Baker Tilly Partner Nils Klamar was in charge of the transaction and was responsible for the financial due diligence together with Daniel Zeiß (Director). Bernhard Rehbein (Partner) was responsible for the legal aspects. The tax due diligence was performed by Uwe Roth (Partner) together with Christiane Krüger (Director). The complete team consisted of the following consultants:

The acquisitions of Neugebauer Group and Haas Kabeltechnik are part of Capmont's pan-European growth strategy: with the purchase of the two German companies and the acquisition of the Italian Binetti Cablaggi S. p. A., the private equity firm is creating a European platform for cable harness systems. The companies' total revenue most recently amounted to € 50 million. With Neugebauer Group and Haas Kabeltechnik, Binetti is expanding its presence, particularly in the German market.

Following its successful advisory services in connection with the acquisition of DFH Deutsche Fertighaus Holding AG, Baker Tilly has now supported three transactions for Capmont in 2025.
