Baker Tilly advises business transformation specialist AdEx Partners on acquisition of BMC Strategy Consultants

Munich, September 3, 2025 – International consulting and auditing firm Baker Tilly advised German management and IT consulting firm AdEx Partners on the acquisition of BMC Strategy Consultants GmbH.

An interdisciplinary team led by partner Sebastian Hafner supported AdEx Partners with financial and tax due diligence and advised on the share purchase agreement (SPA) and purchase price structure.

In addition to Sebastian Hafner, CFA (partner), the seven-member advisory team consisted of Felix Burghart (senior manager), Julian Mair (manager), Anna Wuschick (junior manager) in the Financial division, and Uwe Roth (tax advisor, partner), Stefan Lehner (tax advisor, director), and Melina Heindl (tax advisor, manager) in the Tax division.

With this strategic move, AdEx Partners is strengthening its market position in the financial services sector and expanding its consulting portfolio for banks and insurance companies in the DACH region.
