The international consulting firm Baker Tilly provided comprehensive support to AndCompany in the integration of actum consulting products GmbH into the group of companies. An interdisciplinary team provided holistic support for the transaction in the areas of financial due diligence and tax due diligence. 

With the addition of actum, AndCompany Group is expanding its service portfolio in its core business area of healthcare as well as in the area of SAP-based integration and portal solutions. actum has been established for many years as a specialized solution provider at the interface between SAP, third-party systems, and modern self-service applications.
