Statkraft acquires the Breeze Three portfolio: Baker Tilly advises wind farm operator on cross-border transaction

Baker Tilly, together with Osborne Clarke, has advised Breeze Three Energy GmbH & Co. KG on the restructuring and sale of the Breeze Three wind portfolio.

Breeze Three Energy GmbH & Co. KG has sold its entire wind farm portfolio consisting of 39 wind farms in Germany and four wind farms in France to companies of the Statkraft Group. The entire portfolio has a total of 203 wind turbines, of which 187 wind turbines are located in Germany, mainly in Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein, Saxony-Anhalt and Brandenburg as well as four wind turbines in the French regions of Normandy, Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Pays de la Loire. The entire portfolio has an installed capacity of 346 MW, of which the German portfolio accounts for 311 MW and the French portfolio for 35 MW.
