Finn Peters takes over the provisional insolvency administration for Frischepost GmbH. The Baker Tilly partner and specialist lawyer for insolvency law holds out the prospect of a timely continuation solutions for the e-food company.
Due to a liquidity gap resulting from the unexpected withdrawal of a strategic partner, Frischepost GmbH filed for insolvency at the Local Court Hamburg on 28 July 2022. Baker Tilly Partner Finn Peters was appointed as provisional insolvency administrator.
Together with Eva Neugebauer, managing director of Frischepost GmbH, Peters is already engaged in concrete negotiations with potential buyers. “After the first talks with the management of Frischepost GmbH and potential buyers, I am very confident that we will be able to find a solution for the continuation of Frischepost in the near future”, says the specialist lawyer for insolvency law.
In the meantime, Frischepost continues its business operations without restrictions. Founded in Hamburg in 2015, the company has started with the vision of connecting local farmers and customers in the city through an innovative online platform with the aim of strengthen sustainable agriculture.
