As part of its Christmas initiative, the association was selected for support and has now received a donation of EUR 3,000.

As part of the Baker Tilly Christmas campaign, Baker Tilly employees have the opportunity to submit a charitable cause of their choice. From the many suggestions received, the advisory board selected the organization “Hilfe für verletzte Kinderseelen” (Help for Injured Children’s Souls) – nominated by Baker Tilly employee Carola Schulze-Pelz – and awarded it a grant of EUR 3,000.

“Hilfe für verletzte Kinder-Seelen” was founded in 2017 with the goal of supporting children and young people who are grieving and traumatized by the loss of a close relative. The symbolic check presentation took place in the office of the mayor of Recklinghausen. Carola Schulze-Pelz presented the check to the foundation’s chairwoman, Anna Pein. The presentation was attended by Mayor Axel Tschersich, who personally welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance of this commitment to affected children and young people. “Children and adolescents need time and space to find their own personal path through grief. The association offers them mindful support in a safe environment along this journey,” explains Schulze-Pelz.

We are very glad to support the association through the Baker Tilly Foundation and wish all affected children and young people comfort and confidence.
