Baker Tilly Advises Gimborn on the Acquisition of a Majority Stake in Cerberus

The international advisory and audit firm Baker Tilly advised H. von Gimborn GmbH throughout its strategic partnership with Italy-based Cerberus Srl.

As part of the transaction, pet care specialist Gimborn acquired a majority stake in Cerberus, a manufacturer specializing in plant-based cat litter, and integrated its production facility near Varese, Italy, into Gimborn’s global manufacturing network.

An international Baker Tilly team led by Stephan Zuber and Stefan Greger supported H. von Gimborn GmbH throughout the entire transaction process, providing comprehensive legal, tax, and financial advisory services.
