Baker Tilly advises TMS on acquisition of PACT COMMUNICATION Group

Munich, July 05, 2024 - With the support of the international consulting firm Baker Tilly, TMS Group, which specializes in trade marketing, has acquired PACT COMMUNICATION Group. As a POS agency, TMS pursues the goal of creating optimal brand experiences and staging for its customers. With the transaction, large parts of the team of more than 300 sales and marketing experts as well as the extensive know-how and expertise of the operational PACT COMMUNICATION units will be taken over and integrated into the existing TMS service portfolio.

The legal advice provided by the team headed by Munich-based Baker Tilly partner Stephan Zuber included legal due diligence, M&A advice, process management, drafting the transaction documents and support during the takeover negotiations. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
