Baker Tilly Advises Industrie Holding Isselburg on Acquisition by CSSP Holding from Hannover Finanz

The international consulting firm Baker Tilly has provided business and corporate legal advisory services to Industrie Holding Isselburg GmbH, a specialized manufacturer of ready-to-install cast components for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), in the majority acquisition of Industrie Holding Isselburg by CSSP Holding GmbH from Hannover Finanz Group.

Baker Tilly’s advisory services covered areas such as financial matters (including financing and financial modeling) and legal corporate/M&A (including the purchase agreement and corporate legal documentation).
