Baker Tilly advises CERTANIA on the Acquisition of Labortest

The international advisory and audit firm Baker Tilly provided comprehensive financial and tax advisory services to the CERTANIA Group in connection with its acquisition of Labortest S.r.l., an independent Italian testing laboratory specializing in construction materials testing and structural inspections.

An international Baker Tilly Transactions team led by Munich-based Partner Stefan Greger supported CERTANIA in the areas of Financial Due Diligence, Tax Due Diligence, and selected aspects of the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA). The Financial Due Diligence team, led by Stefan Greger, also included Director Nicolas von Westberg and Senior Consultant Grace Bejarano. The Tax Due Diligence was led by Riccardo Romanini, Partner at Baker Tilly MTEA Italy.

Labortest S.r.l., headquartered in Pescara, Italy, is one of the country’s accredited laboratories with extensive expertise in the testing and inspection of infrastructure projects.
