Baker Tilly advises Autoquip on acquisition of J.A. Becker & Söhne

The transaction advice provided by the interdisciplinary Baker Tilly team comprised financial, legal and tax due diligence, M&A advice including process management and the preparation of the transaction documents, including comprehensive support during the negotiations. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. “We are glad that we were able to support Autoquip in this strategically important step of development and expansion into the European market,” commented Baker Tilly partner and tax advisor Uwe Roth on the successful project.
