Baker Tilly in the JUVE Handbuch Steuern: “Law Firm of the Year for Transfer Pricing” and 13 highly recommended tax experts

This year, Baker Tilly is once again prominently represented in the JUVE rankings of top corporate tax advisors.

The JUVE Steuermarkt experts recognize Baker Tilly as “Law Firm of the Year for Transfer Pricing 2024” and rate 13 Baker Tilly tax law experts as “Highly Recommended” in their respective areas of expertise. The area of VAT was awarded four stars for the first time. Christian Eisele once again makes it onto the list of leading names in Germany for personal corporate tax.

“Baker Tilly is even roaming the territory of the Big Four companies – a general goal which has been achieved with flying colors in particular by the Transfer Pricing practice. The MDP unit is increasingly bridging the gap between transfer pricing topics and corporate strategy issues and is thus advancing more intensively than before into management consulting. Nevertheless, the previous area of expertise of compliance consulting is not being neglected either – one of the unit's great strengths continues to be the combination of compliance and structuring,” states the current edition of JUVE Steuerhandbuch 2024.

In addition to the area of Transfer Pricing (Carsten Hüning), which was named Law Firm of the Year, the areas of Value Added Tax (Marion Fetzer and Thorsten Went) – for the first time with four stars – HR Tax (Christian Eisele), Group Tax (Oliver Hubertus), Transaction Tax (Oliver Hubertus, Mario Hesse, Christian Wegener and Uwe Roth) and High-Net-Worth Individuals & Foundations (Ursula Augsten) performed particularly well with three stars each.
