Baker Tilly advises ROBUR on acquisition of Spectades

With the acquisition of the Dutch enterprise asset management expert, ROBUR further expands its portfolio in the industrial sector. Spectades B.V. is considered a leading provider specialized in HxGN EAM and with a focus on consulting, solution, technology and training in the area of asset efficiency. The acquisition enables ROBUR to maintain its leading position in the EAM market. 

Headed by the engagement partner Tibor Abel, the Baker Tilly team accompanied the acquisition in the form of a financial and tax due diligence. Partners Stefan Greger (Financial) and Uwe Roth (Tax) as well as Senior Manager Stefan Lehner (Tax) and Consultant Luis Strobl (Financial) also had a leading role in the engagement. Furthermore, Arnold Vredenbregt, Tax Partner at Baker Tilly Netherlands, was also part of the consulting team. Baker Tilly also advised on the purchase contract’s drafting and negotiation.
