Düsseldorf/Frankfurt, April 5, 2019 –Baker Tilly further expands its legal advisory team in the Corporate / M&A sector with attorney Peter Holst from Norton Rose Fulbright. With him, Baker Tilly has 17 lawyers in Frankfurt and 113 lawyers in total in Germany. Only recently, the firm announced that next to tax advisory, legal advisory is currently the main revenue driver of the group.

Peter Holst is recognized as a highly experienced expert for M&A and corporate law. Over the past years, he gained market recognition in particular in connection with international M&A transactions and public takeovers. He started his career at CMS Hasche Sigle in 2006. Since 2014, he worked for Norton Rose Fulbright in Frankfurt where he became a partner in 2016.
