Düsseldorf / Luxembourg, September 9, 2021 – The international consulting firm Baker Tilly has advised Commerz Real’s klimaVest Fund on a cooperation with Ampyr Solar Europe. The cooperation’s objective is the financing of several solar projects in Germany. Ampyr Solar Europe is a joint venture between AGP Sustainable Real Assets, Hartree Partners and NaGa Solar Holding B.V.
The consulting services of the teams around Baker Tilly partners Christian Wegener, Tax Advisor (Transaction Tax, lead), and Nils Klamar (Financial, co-lead) included, inter alia, commenting on the transaction documents, reviewing the financial model and the cooperation’s tax structuring. Further team members were Senior Manager Björn Prawetz (Financial), Manager Dr. Christiane Krüger, Attorney-at-Law (Transaction Tax), and Junior Manager David Aberle (Financial).
