The selection process

We promptly review your documents for suitability. Upon interest you will receive an invitation to a first interview, otherwise a rejection in writing.

Our selection process is fair and objective and shall give both parties the opportunity to form an opinion about each other. We would like to get to know you better and at the same time give you an insight to the working environment at Baker Tilly Roelfs.

The interviewing process

You will participate in a two-stage interviewing process with different interview partners from the respective department so we can get to know each other better.
Apart from your personality, your professional know-how stands to the test: Based on case studies we want to see what experience and knowledge you can contribute and how you apply it. But above all, we want to find out to what extent we suit each other.

Offering process

If you left a positive impression on us after the interviews, we will get in touch with you by telephone and make you a contract offer in writing.
